Emigrant Creek Ranger Station (Prime)
Contract: AG-0489-C-10-0398 Contract Value: $609,520
This project constructs a 3360 SF building addition, in between and attached to, two existing buildings on the Emigrant Creek Ranger District Administrative Site. Work includes all phases of construction for the addition, including but not limited to site work, concrete, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, painting and roofing, fire alarm system and access control system on the doors. In addition, work includes roofing, window, painting and flooring upgrades on portions of the existing two structures.
Dom Porches & Grnhse VA Black Hills(Prime)

Repair Exterior Dom Porches and Greenhouse at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. Work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and necessary supervision to perform general construction, demolition, painting, window installation and glazing repair.
HVAC Repairs NB Kitsap (Prime)

Design and construct the Modification and Repair of the HVAC system in Building 6593 to improve energy efficiency. This includes the repair, replacement or installation of HVAC equipment and controls. This project was awarded under the NAVFAC NW SMACC contract.
Republic Fire Cache Historic Building (Prime)
Contract:AG‐05G1‐C‐09‐0015 Contract Value: $282,278.00
Work includes, but is not limited to, new walls and ceiling construction, stairway and leveling of existing concrete slab, electrical including new service, lights, heat units, ventilation, outlets, fire alarm, telecom wring, fiber optic feed from existing office. Plumbing includes new sewer line and manhole, fixtures and piping for two toilet/shower rooms and laundry facilities. Finishes include carpet, sealing concrete slab and painting. Exterior staining of the existing building will be done by the students from the Curlew Conservation Center.
